If you wish to return your item, please contact us via email so we can begin the process as soon as possible

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, after the two week date we cannot offer a refund or exchange

if you request a refund for an item out of the 14 days of receiving the item you can’t return it 

but any refund will be at our discretion

we don’t accept refunds for unwanted items

For hygiene reasons and for customer safety certain items such as hats, face masks and jewelry cannot be returned

All orders are dispatched within our 2-3 week turnaround time, but in most cases items are dispatched sooner.

Once dispatched please allow 1-3 days for delivery, and 7 days international delivery
